Background introduction</p><p>On April 7-8, the technical service engineer of Foshan Zhengda Electrical and Mechanical Bearing Co., Ltd. balanced the crusher rotor on site in an aluminium industry Co., Ltd.</p><p>2. Measuring Instruments</p><p>Data collector: SKF data acquisition analyzer CMXA 70. Infrared phase sensor: CMSS 6155W</p><p>Analysis software: SKF@ptitude Analyst</p><p>3. On-site dynamic balance</p><p>The crusher rotor which needs dynamic balance weighs about 3000kg and the crusher speed is 741r/min. SKF data acquisition and analysis instrument was used to detect the vibration velocity and phase of the bearing at the corresponding position, and to test the weight and counterweight on the counterweight plate of the rotor.</p><p>4. Before collecting the vibration data, it is suggested that the factory inform the reliability engineers of Foshan Zhengda Electrical and Mechanical Bearing Co., Ltd. of these necessary information so that they can make more accurate analysis and judgment of the operation status of the equipment.</p><p style="white-space: normal;"><br/></p>
